I thought I had my life in dentistry perfectly planned out, but I ended up trapped in the wrong life– the wrong career. While it seemed I was thriving in a dream career, I was far from feeling happy and fulfilled. For years I secretly suffered through each day, feeling like clinical dentistry was not for me.
Working with a career coach was a turning point for me, as it helped me create the life I wanted. After seeing firsthand how working with a coach changed my life, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
After blogging for years about my career journey into and out of dentistry, I founded Lolabees Career Coaching in 2018. As a blogger, a coach, and a speaker, I love to help other dental professionals design their lives and careers on their terms.
